*The foundation of the presentation is based on Navigating to a New Normal, a longitudinal, nationally representative study with adults 18+ in the U.S. It has been running since April 1, 2020, featuring weekly one-on-one IDI qual conversations with 16 diverse individuals and n=1,250 consumers per week for an “always on” quant survey.
The study explores changing attitudes and behaviors of consumers due to the current events of 2020. This presentation is the premiere of Chapter 6 in our series of thought pieces based on this study.
