Marketers Get a GRIP on the New Normal

The challenges keeping marketers and insights professionals up at night in today’s environment keep growing in number like sheep hopping the fence. We recently conducted research around the world to understand more deeply the challenges they are facing and their best practices in handling those challenges.

The top four challenges raised were:

  1. Growth – how to maintain and grow the business in a volatile world

  2. Recovery – how to function most effectively in the new normal

  3. Innovation – figuring out the new ways brands will interact with customers

  4. Pivot – how to make those changes quickly and effectively

This thought piece discusses those challenges and outlines approaches companies can use to not only survive the crisis, but actually thrive.

During the research, participants appreciated the exchange of ideas with fellow professionals.  As a result, we are planning to facilitate a few small, curated Zoom discussions with professionals like you, to exchange ideas and best practices.  If that would be of interest to you, please contact our Connection Catalyst, Jay Zaltzman: jay@ignite-360.com .
